Falkland Chunky is made from 100% finest Falkland wool, a wool that is considered one of the purest fleeces in the world. The yarn is wonderfully soft, with excellent elasticity and bounce, which makes it possible to knit great cables. Falkland also comes into its own for textured patterns or knitted in plain stockinette stitch. This fine merino wool is shorn from ethically raised sheep from the Falkland Islands. This yarn is machine-washable on the gentle cycle on cool water and then dry flat.
