Class Fee Policy

All classes taught by the Stix Chx have a fee to ensure your spot in the class. If cancellation is necessary, please give as much notice as possible. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. 

For special events or classes taught by guest instructors, there could be additional fees which could include materials. These will be advertised in advance and are non-refundable. 

  

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to fall in love with your choice and we hope you love the way your choices look and feel. We take the majority of the website photographs ourselves, and try to get the colors as close to the original as possible! Of course, every monitor sees color differently and if you are unsatisfied with your selection, you can return regularly-priced yarn within 30 days. If you bought an extra skein for yardage padding, as long as we still sell the yarn, you can return it with the original label and receipt in re-sellable condition for store credit. It makes it so much easier for us if in-person returns and exchanges are be accompanied by receipt, but if you can't find it, no worries.

Needles, hooks, tools, books, patterns and sale merchandise may not be returned.

  

Shipping

We want you to get your order as soon as possible! We normally ship within 3 business days except for during sale events which may take longer. Once the shipment leaves Stix, we don't have control over how long it takes to get into your hands. If there is any problem with shipping, we can usually help with finding your package in the system but as the recipient, you have to file any claim with the carrier. Stix is not responsible for any packages lost once it leaves our store.  Generally, we use UPS unless there is a reason to use USPS.
