You won’t believe what you are capable of creating! Basic knitting and purling skills are all you need, join us to exponentially expand your skill-set!

You will need between 1000 – 1600 yards of solid(ish) worsted weight yarn. You won’t buy it all at once but week by week. You will use the needles that you use for worsted weight yarn. Gauge isn’t that important but rather the fabric that you will create.

Julie Weisenberger uses her signature way to knit top-down using English Tailored sleeves rather than raglan sleeves. Learn this method by making the Emma pullover with bulky yarn. The Cocoknits Method brings together a distinct system for knitting a top-down, seamless sweater that you will actually wear and have the time to knit. This method of sweater knitting is perfect for the detailed-oriented, rule-following who wants a well-tailored, well-fitting sweater.

You may choose the Emma Sweater, version A, B or C for your first Cocoknits sweater.

Requirements: Cocoknits Sweater Workshop book and Cocoknits colored stitch markers (both available for purchase at Stix).

The first session is a yarn education talk where we give you a small bit of several different yarns to make a gauge swatch and to get acquainted with each yarn and its properties.
