This class will teach you how to check your gauge and choose a sweater size, get started from the top-down, divide for sleeves and get started on the sweater body. If you don't finish your sweater during the class sessions, you can come back in and get help anytime you need to!
We are recommending Germantown Worsted for this sweater; it is a great work-horse yarn which will stand up to years of wear. If you would like to choose your favorite color of this yarn and ensure that we have it for you by class-time, please stop in no later than Saturday, September 16 to place your order. There are plenty of other yarns in stock for you to choose from as well.
In addition, it will be extremely helpful for you to bring in an existing sweater that you already own and like to wear so that we can measure it and help you choose the ball-park size sweater that you'd like to knit. Please do so when you come in to order or choose your yarn.

Class meets Saturday September 30th, October 14th and 28th from 2:30-4pm.
