Learn to Add Beads to Knitting

Join our very own Erin as she shows you how to add a little bling to your knitting! In her first published design, she knit beads into the edges of her Set Sail Wrap. In this class, she will teach you how to add in the beads and go over the simple lace which are what make this design so special.

The pattern calls for DK weight yarn, but you may use another weight if you'd like (see pattern for details). Please note: if you choose to use a heavier weight than DK, you will need to use beads with a larger hole than the 6/0.

You must already be a comfortable knitter to take this class.

In order to get the most out of class, please have the first 6 rows of the wrap completed prior to class time.

We will have beads available for you in class, or you may bring your desired color of size 6/0 seed beads. You'll also need to bring or buy at Stix a 0.9mm crochet hook.
