Do you experience pain or fatigue when working with your hands? Learning some simple stretches can really extend your knitting or crocheting time! Join Olav Nordemann to learn some stretching techniques that might change how long and comfortably you can work. Tracy has been working with Olav for a short time and has already experienced significant relief from some hand and wrist pain!
Here is a message from Olav:
Hi, my name is Olav!
I am a licensed massage therapist who specializes in active isolated stretching. In my 19 + years of massage therapy experience, I have found that active isolated stretching (AIS) is one of the best ways to address and get relief for a wide variety of aches and pains caused by injury and age.
I teach this type of stretching to my clients, and I’m going to share it with you in this class. There is a lot that you can do to make your needle/knitting/crocheting work more comfortable so you can practice your work as long as you like!
Hope you can join us for this in-person instruction!
